Online Course Refund Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026.

This policy applies to online course purchases from Leansixsigmaglobal Inc (Lean Six Sigma Global or LSSG), 95 Gosnel Circle, Bradford, Ontario, L3Z 0G3, Canada. Our checkout currently sells digital courses only. We do not ship physical products, so physical returns, shipping charges and exchanges of goods do not apply.

Seven-day refund eligibility

You may request a refund within seven calendar days of the purchase date, provided you have not accessed any paid lessons or exams in the purchased course. Merely signing into your account or viewing a public course description does not count as accessing a paid lesson or exam.

Except where applicable law requires otherwise, purchases are not eligible for a change-of-mind refund after that seven-day period or once a paid lesson or exam has been accessed, whichever occurs first. This voluntary policy applies to discounted as well as regular-price course purchases.

How to request a refund

Email info@leansixsigmaglobal.com with the subject “Course refund request,” your order number, course name, purchase date and the email address used at checkout. Please do not email payment-card numbers, passwords or identity documents. We assess whether your request was submitted within the deadline using the time it was sent; our response time does not shorten your refund window.

We review the order and available course-access records to assess eligibility. If you believe a record is incorrect, tell us so we can investigate. We will communicate the decision and, if a request is declined, the reason.

Approved refunds and course access

An eligible refund covers the amount paid for the refunded course, including applicable taxes. Refunds are returned to the original payment method unless another method is required by law or agreed with you. We do not charge a restocking fee for digital courses. Bank or payment-provider posting times can vary. Any statutory refund deadline takes priority.

Access to the refunded course will be withdrawn when the refund is processed. Access to unrelated, separately purchased courses is not affected.

Duplicate charges, access problems and service issues

If you were charged twice, cannot access the course you purchased, or believe the course was not supplied as described, contact us promptly with the order details. We will investigate and seek to resolve the issue. The seven-day change-of-mind limit does not exclude any remedy required by applicable law for non-delivery, misrepresentation or other service failures.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under Ontario law or other consumer laws applicable to your purchase. Where those rights require cancellation, a refund or another remedy beyond this voluntary policy, those rights prevail. Accessing course content does not, by itself, waive mandatory legal rights. You may use any dispute-resolution or payment-provider rights available to you.

Other services and policy changes

Corporate training, consulting and other separately contracted services are outside this online-course checkout policy and are governed by their own written agreements and applicable law. Changes to this policy apply to purchases made after the revised policy takes effect and do not retrospectively reduce rights attached to an earlier purchase.
