Introduction
The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is an introductory program designed to equip professionals with a foundational understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and principles. Experience Recommended – While prior exposure to Lean Six Sigma concepts can be helpful, this course is designed to accommodate those new to the discipline. The Yellow Belt course prepares individuals to support Lean Six Sigma projects and to collaborate effectively with those holding Green and Black Belts. It covers essential topics in the Body of Knowledge, providing participants with the skills needed to contribute meaningfully to process improvement initiatives within their organization. Training is 100% online, self-paced, mobile friendly, and hosted within our learning management system. The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is ideal for those looking to gain a basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma and its application. This course introduces key concepts and tools that will be expanded upon in Green and Black Belt courses. No additional software or training materials are required.
