Improve phase

In the Improve phase, the team generated and evaluated potential solutions. They implemented a number of changes, including:

• Increasing the number of delivery trucks on the road
• Optimizing routes to reduce travel time
• Implementing a new scheduling system to better manage delivery times
• Improving communication with customers to keep them informed of any delays
