Project Methodology:

The project team used the DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to improve on-time delivery. They began by defining the problem and setting project goals and objectives. Next, they measured the current on-time delivery rate and collected data on the causes of late deliveries. This data was then analyzed to identify the root causes of the problem.
